Our impact

For Brian CIC as an organisation is an evolving concept which invites people living with dementia and their families and friends to collaborate in its design. While the organisation itself was incorporatated only two years ago, the theoretical underpinning, the clinical experience, knowledge and work brought to this enterprise spans more that 30 years.

We have developed the award winning Positive Spin, initially with Cycle Training UK, and now we are proud to have its headquarters at the Lee Valley Velodrome in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park 

For Brian 

  • has developed award winning and groundbreaking interventions in cycling and yoga
  • has delivered 10 bespoke interventions for younger people living with dmentia who do not cope with standard services 
  • has completed 5 projects, and has 5 in progress
  • is running 3 projects to develop support that meets the needs of people living with dementia in Hammersmith & Fulham during lockdown and social distancing
  • is supporting 3 people with young onset dementia in remaining connected during Covid 19
  • is supporting a growing community of vulnerable people in a defined area of Hannersmith & Fulham during lockdown
  • has a YouTube video channel showcasing our work
