Research

Research: organising your content

Use an FAQ listing page to present multiple downloadable resources. You can either group resources by type, creating an FAQ post for each group (eg “Child play reports”); or create an FAQ post for each resource (eg “Children’s Sensory Play report (2018)”).

Content tips

Include a brief but clear summary of what the PDF contains so that website visitors know exactly what they’re downloading. Consider pulling out the key points from research for a separate post on your site, if suitable – you can still include the PDF for anyone looking for the full report.

Remember to keep your research section up to date. Old research reports that are no longer relevant to your users should be removed.
